Directions
FEET: Spray directly onto clean feet daily. Make sure to get in between the toes and underneath the feet. Repeat sprays before and after exercise.
SHOES: Spray inside open shoes before wear (like flip flops, sandals, high heels). For closed shoes (sneakers, boots, loafers)
spray the inside of the shoe from toe to heel after wear to kill germs. NB! Test on a small discreet area of the shoe first, and do not use if there are any adverse effects. Allow the shoe to air dry completely before wearing.
OTHER USES: Disinfect exercise mats, gym bags, boxing gloves, rugby boots and other sports gear.
