Real Happy Returns Policy
We only process returns based on either the wrong products being dispatched or for goods damaged in transit. No other returns are permitted.
Real Happy products are formulated using the highest quality natural ingredients, and abide by high quality standards. Results vary from person to person and refunds will not be issued should your skin react to an ingredient in any product.
- We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on products that have been used.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds based on results from using products.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds based on adverse reactions, misuse of products and or irritation experienced.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Gift vouchers/cards are not refundable.
- Any products that are nearly empty, tampered and filled with other substances are not refundable.
- Partial Gift Sets are not eligible for a return.
- Items that have been damaged or lost from personal usage - dropped, stolen, spilled, mishandled, etc. are not refundable.
How to log a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@realhappy.co.za where we will aim to handle any possible issues as swiftly as possible.
Include a copy of your receipt or your online order number, name, email address, phone number and photographic proof of the damage or defect.
Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package or provide you with a return shipping label. **Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Products must be returned only once the return has been approved by us. We will send return instructions accordingly.
Once we have received your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, the price of the returned product will be provided in a gift voucher to the site or a refund to the credit card used to purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We will offer an online voucher in return.
Exchanges
Due to hygiene standards in the retail industry, we cannot accept exchanges for skincare products. Please refer to our return policy above. We only accept returns for damaged goods or incorrect product shipments; no other returns are allowed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. You can contact us at hello@realhappy.co.za where we will aim to handle any possible issues as swiftly as possible.

If you develop a severe reaction to any of our products, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY AND CONSULT A DOCTOR OR DERMATOLOGIST. We DO NOT refund based on adverse reactions to products or misuse thereof. Products are intended to be used as directed only.
